We may also remove Services from an Exhibition, and certain Services may be subject to their own Terms of Use, and use of those services is subject to compliance with any such terms. In the event of any inconsistency with any other terms that might apply, and these TextileMachinerylive Terms of Use, these terms shall prevail.

Accessing our Site

Access to our site and any Exhibition is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service or any Exhibition we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, to users who have registered with us. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site. Registration

Certain areas of the Exhibition or Services are only available if you complete the registration process.

In return for permitting you to visit an Exhibition and benefiting from our Services, you agree to: provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself where required in the registration form, and ensure that this information is kept accurate, complete and up to date.

When you complete the registration process you will be asked to provide a username and password that will allow you to gain access to a specific Exhibition. You must ensure that you keep your username and password in a safe and secure place and do not disclose them to anyone, as you will be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password. We shall not be required to exercise any control or review of any content or the material posted or contained therein. However, WTP shall be entitled to review any content or emails, and to cancel or remove any of the same if considered to be in breach of these Terms and to advise the relevant authorities, if appropriate.

You are not permitted to transmit to, from or via, or post to, an Exhibition, anything that you do not have a clear right to use. You must ensure that you do not transmit or post to an Exhibition any material containing software viruses or files designed to damage or disrupt the good working order of any computer or telecommunications network or equipment.

You are not permitted to do anything that may disrupt in any way the operation of an Exhibition, nor are you permitted to do anything which would disrupt the use and enjoyment of an Exhibition or any Service by any other user such as: defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.

You agree that when using the site you will not

Publish, post, upload, store, distribute, or disseminate any unlawful defamatory, infringing, obscene, harmful, confidential, libellous, hateful, or otherwise illegal material or information or anything, which might constitute a criminal or civil offence:

World Textile Publications Ltd does not control or screen the content that is posted to an Exhibition, and accordingly we do not guarantee its accuracy, integrity or quality or that it will not be objectionable to you. You agree that we are not liable for anything which has been transmitted or received, or ought to have been transmitted or received but was not.

We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse, delete or remove anything, which is transmitted to, from or via or posted to an Exhibition, which, in our opinion, is objectionable or otherwise does not comply with these Terms of Use.

We may record, preserve and disclose anything which has been transmitted to, from or via, or posted to, an Exhibition and the Services, where required by law or where we are acting in good faith.

World Textile Publications Ltd has in place security measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control including SSL encryption and firewall intervention. Please remember however that, due to the inherent risk of the Internet, we cannot guarantee the protection of such information against loss, misuse or alteration.

Intellectual Proprietary Rights and Licences

The names TextileMachinerylive and arquistudiogo.com are protected trade marks of WTP. All rights of WTP and all moral rights it has are hereby asserted and reserved. All copyright, design rights, database right, patents and any rights to inventions, know-how, trade and business names, trade secrets and trade marks (whether registered or unregistered) text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, page layouts, design and other material and any applications which are contained within an Exhibition or presented through an Exhibition by advertisers and or sponsors, or is part of our Services or is part of our Website therefore belong to, vest in and are the exclusive property of WTP, or are licensed to WTP unless otherwise specified and are protected by our and their copyrights, trade marks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws.

WTP owns or licences the software we use to host Exhibitions and Services and any data (including data obtained from you during the registration process) generated by visitors to an Exhibition. You are not permitted, except where expressly authorised to do so, to change, copy, store, publish, rent, licence, sell or distribute in any way any of theses intellectual property rights.

When you transmit or post any content or material to an Exhibition or place any content or materials on the Site, you grant WTP and our licensees a non-exclusive world wide perpetual royalty free licence to use, display or distribute that material in any way without any duty to account to you to the extent permitted subject the terms of our privacy policy. We process information about you for the benefit of in accordance with our privacy policy which can be found linked to the Site. By using our Site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

If any of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid then that provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain fully enforceable. No waiver by us of any terms shall be deemed to be continuing or shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other term.

All other warranties in respect of the Services implied by statute are hereby disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Liability

We will not be liable for any claims, losses and/or damages of any nature resulting from:

a) Your use or inability to use or access an Exhibition

b) Unauthorised access to or alterations of your transmissions or data

c) Statements or conduct of any third parties.

You agree that in no event will World Textile Publications Ltd be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever or for any loss of profits, goodwill, loss of business or loss of data.

Nothing in this section shall limit or exclude any liability of World Textile Publications Ltd for death or personal injury caused by World Textile Publications Ltd negligence or negligence of its employees. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless World Textile Publications Ltd and any Exhibitors, against all liability WTP and its licensors or Exhibitors may have in respect of and arising out of your use or misuse of the Site.
